August 25th Release
On Tuesday, August 25th, we released a series of upgrades to the CoFormIt application.
What we added:
- Custom branding per tenant — colours, font, logo, a hide-branding toggle, and raw custom CSS with live preview. You'll find it in the tenant administration menu, under the Settings tab.
- E-signature support: a drawn-signature field in the form builder, plus an optional sign-off attestation on review-approval workflows.
- Populate a form's default values from a call to an internal API. See "Custom submission endpoint" in the API Integrations section of the admin help.
- Auto-save for collaborative submissions, working the same way it already does on non-collaborative forms.
- Cold storage archival — keep submissions that are scheduled for deletion in cold storage for anywhere from 90 days to 7 years (3 to 84 months), defaulting to 7 years. Changing the setting applies retroactively, and anyone with admin access to a form can set it per form. Costs 0.01 credits per submission; retrieval is free.
- Display Field component — a read-only field for presenting client data (past evaluations, scores, dates) as deliberate read-only content inside an otherwise editable form.
- Search submissions across every form in a tenant (Administration → Search Submissions), by form name, submission date, and whether the submission is complete.
- Deadline-approaching reminder notifications for collaborative submissions.
- Month-over-month usage comparison view.
- A tenant setting to turn off all email notifications.
Things we should have had all along ;)
- A searchable user picker for review-stage "Specific User" assignment and collaboration-section default assignees, matching the picker already on the collaboration workflow's Initiate Workflow screen.
- Export a submission's audit trail as CSV or PDF, for a single submission or all of them.
- Admins and initiators can now unlock a finalized section on collaboration-only submissions to reopen it for editing.
