How do credits work?

Credits are a single currency for everything on the platform — active users, form submissions, workflow executions, storage, and more. You decide how to allocate them based on your needs.

How does the free trial work?

Try CoFormIt free for 90 days with full access to all features. No credit card required. When your trial ends, pick the plan that fits.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Top up anytime from your account — 500 credits for $1, 1,250 for $2.50, or 2,500 for $5. Top-ups are priced at the Starter rate, so upgrading your plan always gives you more credits per dollar. If your credits are depleted, your workspace switches to read-only mode until you top up or your next cycle begins.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Unused credits and any top-up credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Your full credit allocation resets at the start of each new cycle.

Is there a limit on users?

No hard limits. Active users consume credits from your pool, so you have full control over how many people are on your team versus how many credits go to submissions and workflows.

Does file storage use credits?

Yes, but for most teams it’s negligible. With standard 90-day retention, a 10-person team’s files use about 12 credits — less than 0.5% of a Starter plan. Storage only becomes significant if you keep large volumes of files long-term.

Does SSO use credits?

Yes, SSO users cost 50 additional credits per user per month on top of the standard user seat cost. For a 10-person team, that’s 500 extra credits — about 20% of a Starter plan. SSO is available on all tiers.

Can I change plans later?

Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
